Dungse Jampal Norbu: East/West, Life Decisions & Western Vajrayana

"Living in a materialistic age, ideologies are taken to be real positions in opposition to other real positions, and this breeds colliding truths. In such an environment, dharma reminds us that we are living, breathing beings, and our perceptions of the world are equally fluid, rather than fixed and static. There will never be one truth. However, compassion, and the tender heart at its core, give us flexibility in our thoughts and emotions. From that subtle perspective inside, we can contribute to the world in a way that doesn’t foment more divisiveness. " —Dungse Jampal Norbu

Dungse Jampal Norbu is Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche’s son and Dharma Heir. He has lived and traveled in Asia but spent much of his youth in Colorado. At the instruction of Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche, Dungse’s father set his on a path to uphold and continue the lineage Longchen Nyingtik tradition.
